Grilled Banana Split

Preparation:

Combine 1 tablespoon brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Slice 4 bananas in half lengthwise; brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Wrap in foil and broil until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Garnish with frozen yogurt, toasted almonds, chopped chocolate, and/or raspberries.
