Grilled Peaches with Butter and Cinnamon topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 110 g butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- Rapeseed oil
- Mint leaves for serving
Preparation:
- Place the butter in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Add the cinnamon, granulated sugar, and salt and mix well.
- Preheat the grill to high. Brush the peaches with vegetable oil and grill until golden brown. Serve topped with a few tablespoons of sweet cinnamon butter and garnished with mint leaves.
