Ingredients:
Salad
- 1 package weighing 300 grams of mixed salad greens
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 small pickled peppers, such as pepperoncini
- 1 small tomato, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
- 0.5 tbsp. crouton
- 1 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
Refueling
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. l. grated parmesan
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 0.5 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Preparation:
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor, adding 1-2 tablespoons of water; blend until smooth.
- Place the salad mixture in a large bowl and add the remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing.
