Beer with citrus sorbet

Ingredients:

• 2 balls citrus sorbet
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) citrusy India pale ale or witbier (Belgian wheat beer)

Preparation:

1. Fill a chilled glass with sorbet scoops and top with beer. Serve immediately.
