Ingredients:
- Half a clove of garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt + more to taste
- 3/4 cup store-bought or homemade mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (about 60 g)
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons of baked cucumber caviar
- Half a large hard-boiled egg, rub through a sieve or chop finely
Preparation:
- Make a paste by crushing the garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of salt with the blade of a chef's knife.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, mayonnaise, chili sauce, ketchup, onion, vegetable caviar, and egg until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or store the sauce, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days..
