Ingredients:
- 450 g of medium-sized diced ahi tuna for sushi
- 1.5 tbsp Ogonori seaweed, optional
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter with chili pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons toasted and chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 tbsp. homogeneous peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix together chili oil, seaweed, green onions, macadamia nuts, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. Add the tuna and mix gently.
