Hawaiian Poke Salad with Fresh Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of medium-sized diced ahi tuna for sushi
  • 1.5 tbsp Ogonori seaweed, optional
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter with chili pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons toasted and chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp. homogeneous peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together chili oil, seaweed, green onions, macadamia nuts, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. Add the tuna and mix gently.
