Ingredients:
Dip sauce
- 2 packs (200 g) Greek yogurt
- 1 greenhouse cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1.5 tsp. crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Place the yogurt in a medium bowl. Grate the cucumber and squeeze it with your hands to remove excess liquid. Add the cucumber to the yogurt along with the sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve with pita chips.
Pita chips: Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Brush the pitas with olive oil and toast them on both sides.
