Crispy pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookies

Preparation:

Mix 2.5 cups flour, 1.5 tsp. pumpkin pie spices, 1/2 tsp each of baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together 220 g. ghee, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup each granulated sugar and brown sugar, with a teaspoon of vanilla extract; mix in flour and spices.

Add 1.5 cups of chocolate chips. Knead the mixture into balls, press lightly, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 16–18 minutes.
