Toasts with pear and blue cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced ​​into 0.5 cm thick slices.
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 230 gr. cottage cheese
  • 120 gr. Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 cans (430 g each) of sliced ​​canned pears in syrup, drained
  • 1/2 cup glazed pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly brush 1 side of each baguette slice with olive oil. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Cool.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and Gorgonzola. Spread the cheese mixture on the toasts. Top with pear slices and glazed nuts. Sprinkle with parsley.
