Ingredients:
- 1-2 large juicy lemons without peel
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1/2 large cucumber, washed
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Preparation:
- Using the appropriate juicer setting for each produce, juice in the following order: lemon, apple, romaine lettuce, cucumber, and kale.
- Stir in the chia seeds, if using, and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, over ice if desired.
