Marinade for beef steak topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 0.5 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp. l. ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Honey
- 1 tbsp natural mesquite liquid smoke
Preparation:
- In a shallow bowl, mix with a whisk ketchup, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, cumin, crushed red pepper, oregano and garlic.
Exit: 2 tbsp.
- Brush both sides of the steaks with honey and place them in the marinade. Marinate for 2–4 hours.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and cook to your desired doneness.
