Fried bacon in chocolate topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 16 thick slices smoked bacon, fried until crispy, cool, cut in half
- 3 bars (120g each) dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 bar (120 g) white chocolate, chopped
Preparation:
- Melt the dark and white chocolate in separate bowls over a double boiler. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Dip the bacon pieces completely in dark chocolate. Let any excess drip off and place the bacon on a waxed paper-lined tray.
- Drizzle dark chocolate covered bacon with white chocolate.
Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes. Then transfer the chocolate-covered bacon to a serving platter and serve.
