Bruschetta with nut butter and bananas

Ingredients:

  • Baguette, cut into thin slices
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 2 banana, peel and cut into slices
  • Nut paste
  • Whipped cream
  • Chopped hazelnuts

Preparation:

  1. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter and sprinkle with salt and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Remove the bread slices from the oven and let cool slightly.
  2. Toss bananas with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Place bananas on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread nut butter on slices of bread. Top with fried bananas and garnish with whipped cream and nuts.
