Brussels sprout hash with caramelized onion sets

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen onion sets
  • 700 gr. Brussels sprouts, cut thinly
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Chicken broth or white wine
  • Honey

Preparation:

  1. Fry the onion sets in a shallow frying pan with butter and honey until golden brown.

    Add Brussels sproutsSeason with salt and pepper, and cook until tender. At the end of cooking, add 5-10 ml of chicken broth or white wine and drizzle with a little honey.
