Quick Cupcakes with Peach Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 110 g softened butter
  • 1 tbsp. l. peach jam, or any other of your choice
  • 12 blueberry muffins, or any others to your taste

Preparation:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl if using a hand mixer), combine the sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter. Beat until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Use a spatula to stir in the jam to create beautiful streaks.
  3. Frost the muffins and admire how they turn into cupcakes!
