Ingredients:
- 450 g of powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 110 g softened butter
- 1 tbsp. l. peach jam, or any other of your choice
- 12 blueberry muffins, or any others to your taste
Preparation:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl if using a hand mixer), combine the sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter. Beat until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Use a spatula to stir in the jam to create beautiful streaks.
- Frost the muffins and admire how they turn into cupcakes!
