Meringues with lemon sorbet

Ingredients:

• 16 meringue
• 2 cups of raspberries
• 2 tablespoons limoncello liqueur, or a little more
• 2 tbsp. lemon ice cream

Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine raspberries and limoncello liqueur leave the berries to macerate.
2. Place 1 scoop of lemon sorbet between 2 meringues. Top each sandwich with a raspberry and enjoy!
