Ingredients:

  • 170 g raw Mexican chorizo ​​sausage (see recipe)
  • Half a medium onion, finely chopped
  • 860 g refried pinto beans (see recipe)

Preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chorizo ​​and cook for about 6 minutes. Transfer the chorizo ​​to a plate lined with paper towels.
  2. Add the onion to the skillet with the fat. Cook until translucent, about 4 minutes. Return the chorizo ​​to the skillet. Add the refried beans and cook for about 5 more minutes.
