Banana and peanut ice cream

Ingredients:

    Ice cream

  • 500 ml soft vanilla ice cream
  • 500 ml soft chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate-covered peanuts
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanut butter cookies

    Chocolate sauce

  • 500 g of condensed milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk

    Decoration

  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 - 6 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • Roasted salted peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate candies with peanut butter, for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Mix ice cream: place in a bowl for mixer Vanilla ice cream, attach the paddle attachment. Turn the mixer on low speed and mix the ice cream for about 30 seconds. Add half of the peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate-covered peanuts, chocolate candies, and cookies, and mix. Transfer the vanilla ice cream mixture to a separate bowl. Repeat with the chocolate ice cream and the remaining ingredients, transfer to another bowl. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Combine the condensed milk, chocolate, peanut butter, and milk in a saucepan. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat on low, stirring, until the chocolate melts and the sauce is smooth.
  3. Assemble the dessert: Beat the cream and sugar with a mixer on high speed until fluffy. Arrange the bananas on serving plates. Drizzle with a little sauce. Top with a few scoops of ice cream, then coat with peanut butter and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Garnish with whipped cream, nuts, chocolate-covered peanuts, candies, and coconut.
