Salad with cherry tomatoes and sour milk dressing

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups red and yellow cherry tomatoes, each halved
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh leaves basilica
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation:

  1. Place cherry tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  2. In another bowl, combine the sour milk, sour cream, basil, shallots, and garlic. Season with pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
